“3–7 days” refers to when the order is sent out after payment. It is not a promise that the shipment will arrive within 3–7 days.
Before placing an order, confirm the selected models, quantities, destination and any customisation requirements. For customised orders, agree on the artwork and production schedule as part of your quotation.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Provide the destination and planned order quantity. We will confirm the shipping options, cost and applicable delivery terms in your quotation.
Are duties and taxes included?
Confirm customs duties, local taxes and the responsible party in the agreed shipping terms before ordering. These can vary by destination and shipment arrangement.
Can you confirm an arrival date?
Ask for an estimated transit time for the selected shipping method. Customs processing and carrier conditions can affect the actual arrival date.
Does free replacement shipping apply to normal orders?
Free replacement shipping relates to eligible warranty replacements. Shipping charges for product orders are confirmed separately in the quotation.
