Find the right version
A user manual should match the display model, hardware revision and supplied accessories. Include the complete product name and a label photo when asking for a manual, installation guide or software information.

Firmware requests
Contact KEYKEER before using an update file. Provide the exact model and current version so the required file and procedure can be checked. Firmware from CHIGEE or another brand is not a KEYKEER update. Files for a similar-looking model should not be treated as interchangeable.
