List models and quantities clearly
Use one line for each complete configuration. Keep different housings and accessory bundles separate so the inquiry can be reviewed accurately.
- Exact model or a link to its product page
- Quantity for each configuration
- Accessories required and whether they are included or additional
- Destination country and postal code
- Branding requirements and preferred dispatch schedule
Confirm the quote before proceeding
Request written confirmation of the product configuration, packing list, price, payment arrangements and shipping terms. Minimum quantities, sample terms and custom-project timing are confirmed for the requested order.
Keep a reference for repeat orders
When discussing replenishment, include your previous order reference and any changes to configuration, artwork or destination. This makes it easier to identify the version you need.
