Motorcycle and accessory compatibility
Prepare the details needed to check fitment before choosing a display or accessory.
This is general guidance. Request the documents for your exact model and hardware version before installation or firmware changes.
Identify the motorcycle and the exact display
Send the motorcycle make, model, model year and the complete KEYKEER model name. A clear photo of the cockpit and existing mount helps explain the available space. Compatibility should be checked for the particular combination you intend to supply.
Separate physical fit from connected features
A mount fitting the motorcycle does not establish support for vehicle data, handlebar controls, a particular camera or a particular phone connection. Ask for each required function to be checked separately.
- Mounting location and available space
- Existing cradle or bracket, with its part number if available
- Functions required: display connection, controls, vehicle data or accessories
- Phone model and operating-system version, where a phone connection is required
For BMW applications
Include a photo of the navigation cradle and any existing control or adapter hardware. The BMW category is a way to find candidate products; a model-specific compatibility confirmation is still needed before you promise fitment to your customers.
For accessory orders
Provide the display model and, if available, its hardware revision together with the accessory you need. Similar connectors and similar product names should not be used as the sole basis for a compatibility decision.
