A preparation checklist for dealers and installers while model-specific installation guides are being completed.
This is general guidance. Request the documents for your exact model and hardware version before installation or firmware changes.
Use the guide for the exact hardware
This checklist helps you prepare an installation request. It does not replace the approved manual for your display, bracket and wiring harness. Obtain that manual before installation or changes to the motorcycle electrical system.
Check what is in the box
Compare the supplied items with the packing list for the quoted configuration. Photograph the display, mount, cables and accessories before work begins. If a part is missing or differs from the agreed configuration, contact KEYKEER before proceeding.
Prepare the vehicle information
Document the motorcycle model and year, the intended mounting position and the existing cradle or bracket. The installer will need the model-specific mounting dimensions, electrical requirements and routing guidance.
Ask for the required installation documents
Request the documents relevant to the display and every connected accessory.
- Approved mount assembly and locking instructions
- Electrical connection diagram and connector identification
- Power requirements and any vehicle-specific adapter instructions
- Cable routing and clearance checks
- Model-specific setup and post-installation check procedure
